One of the challenges I face when teaching my students online is providing accurate, useful and timely feedback.

Our school uses Seesaw as the primary online learning platform and recently I have started experimenting with editing student posts directly as a means of providing more purposeful feedback.

At it’s most basic this involves editing student posts with “teacher notes” annotated over top using the tools Seesaw offers such as highlighting, writing, voice-over, etc. For a more detailed “how-to” have a look at the screencast below.
